Panels and special sessions organised by EXIT partners in upcoming conferences

The EXIT partnership is organising panels and special sessions on “left-behindness” and territorial inequalities in two different conferences held next summer:

Olga Jubany (Universitat de Barcelona), Daniele Karasz (Technische Universität Wien) and Ajmal Hussain (Warwick University) organize a panel titled Living, leaving, and undoing ‘left-behindness’, at the 18th Biennial Conference of the European Association of Social Anthropologists, to be held in Barcelona in July 2024. Abstracts for papers are accepted until January 22^nd, 2024.

Ana Viñuela (Universidad de Oviedo) organizes a special session titled Left Behind Areas: Past, Present And Future, at the 63^rd Congress of the European Regional Science Association, which will be held at the Terceira Island in August 2024. The deadline for sending abstracts is January 30^th, 2024.
